I just completed my 300-Hour Teacher Training (Sep 2018) at AYM. I put a lot of time and effort into researching which yoga school I should attend, and I was drawn to AYM and Rishikesh. I thought I had researched and read just about everything I could about the school, but there was something I wasn’t aware of. We had a different teacher who specialized in each subject; meditation, pranayama, philosophy, yoga therapy and asana. The teachers; Rohit, Sandeep, Summit, Bhanu, Jaya & Mahesh, exceeded my expectations of a 300-hour yoga teacher training. The quality of teaching and content covered by each of the teachers, and the standards set by the school is like no other training I have experienced before.
Had a really nice time here in AYM, the staff were super friendly, spoke great English, food was really good ( I never felt hungry or the desire to eat out ), I improved in flexibility all round over the course, and can now perform the SCORPION Asana as well as hold a handstand for much longer :)
