Certified with Yoga Alliance USA, Yoga Teacher Training Courses offered regularly throughout the year have satisfied hundreds of aspiring Yoga teachers to become the professionals in the field. Vishwa Shanti Yoga 200 Hours, 300 Hours, and 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Courses for beginners, practitioners and those with plentiful of experience in the field to gain higher level of Yoga Practice.
Vishwa Shanti Yoga School operates three types of yoga classes all round the year - 200 hour, 300 hour and 500 hour yoga teacher training courses. These courses are 28 days, 31 days and 60 days long. I am very much impressed by the instructors, both of philosophical and practical classes. The school accommodates maximum 20 students per session.
I participated in Yoga Retreat provided by Yoga Training Rishikesh during September last year. Besides the physical benefits acquired, I attained to mental peace and emotional equilibrium. I wish to join the Yoga Teacher Training Course sometimes in near future.
