I joined the 200 holistic yoga course in October 2019. I chose to learn the real yoga from its origin , it was very nice experience I learned a lot about this yogic science. The whole staff were so nice and helpful, they were trying to give as much as they can to help. The food was really tasty and delicious. Thank you yoga essence for everything
I have recently completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Essence Rishikesh. I have experienced transformations during this training, which is really a great experience for me. So, I am very grateful to Yoga Essence that I have got an opportunity to do this training with them. The teachers are very experienced and they teaches from their heart. Food is delicious with varieties and accommodation is really nice. The whole team is very caring and supportive. I’ ll miss each and every member of the Yoga Essence Team and will surely come again for the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course.
