'Expensive gem ka bazaar' where the staff has no manner how to talk to the customers on phone even if they are providing online recommendation to the same people. The telecon between them and my friend was made to know how they guide customers so that we can be assured of their better service as same as their reviews show. But unlikely to it they are only predominantly considering only two aspects one is 'shuddhta' of a stone and the another one is the rate-card of a stone. Hence, it has come to the light that they have totally vague recommendations on each perspective i.e substitution of an expensive gem and the recommendation for the carrots of each gem should be according to the weight of an individual but they are recommending (every individual) 7 or more carrots gems which is not appropriate in terms of the apt knowledge.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED HIGH QUALITY BLUE SAPPHIRE from pure vedic gems AFTER GETTING IT TESTED FROM THE IGI MUMBAI (I PAID 4000/- Rs extra). I clearly like to mention here that I was first hesitating to buy online, but the professionals of pure vedic gems cleared all my doubts ( I am sure I asked them 100 plus questions/ queries with time). The staff is highly professional in their dealing. I M very happy to purchase high quality gem from them. Thanks to pure vedic gems.
