I attended 300 hour yoga teacher training course at Yoga in Rishikesh and the experience was life-transforming. The all yoga teachers teach from their own experiences not only through text books, they emphasis on applicability of yoga practices in daily life. I love the school and the curriculum and I will highly recommend this institute for yoga seekers.

I am join hatha yoga school in rishikesh. My fitness improvement is good after joining 300 hour yoga classes. Our yoga teachers are so experienced.
